30-Day Return and Refund Policy

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW  You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. This policy applies to eligible full-price and discounted items.

 

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging and accessories. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return method and fees

Returns are accepted by mail after authorization. We do not charge a restocking fee. For an approved return caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we cover the reasonable return shipping cost. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, return, or refund solution.

Exceptions

Gift cards, personalized or custom-made products, and items that cannot legally be returned are not eligible unless required by applicable law. Discounted items remain eligible under the same 30-day conditions stated above.

Exchanges

After a return is approved, the fastest way to obtain another item is usually to place a new order. Contact us if you need compatibility assistance before reordering.

European Union cooling-off period

Customers receiving goods in the European Union retain any mandatory cancellation rights provided by applicable law. Our 30-day return window does not reduce those rights.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
